Our Services.

Our services focus on direct advocacy. We attend to walk-ins and hotline calls and help problem-solve on a myriad of issues:  food and housing insecurity, managing high cost of utility bills, accompaniment to ICE check-ins, accompaniment to police station and to traffic court, navigating cumbersome portals to set up appointments and much more.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Our crisis management service provides economic assistance in cash to our most vulnerable community members timely and without the barriers of access. Members of the community are encouraged to apply for crisis management when an emergency arises or before a large sum is due. We are proud to provide a sense of financial relief during difficult situations with an efficient, sensitive application process. Applications are processed within 3-5 business days. Those who are approved receive a phone call directly from El Centro when their crisis management is ready to be picked up. Requests can be made in-person at our East Tulsa office OR by phone. This service can only be utilized once every 6 months per household if the individual has been approved previously.
